Below are some frequently asked questions. We are sure that you will have questions and encourage you to give us a call so we can guide you.

Can I order online?
No not at this time. We want to make sure that your funeral stationery is just right and feel that we get a much clearer understanding of your needs speaking to you.

Can I use a picture?
Yes absolutely. Ideally a jpeg but we can work with other formats.
Please note we will require your picture to be in a high resolution, if the quality is poor we will not be able to go to print.
Generally speaking the larger the size of the file the better the quality will be. Please do not worry about this at this stage if your picture is not suitable we will let you know.

Can I include a poem or prayer?
Yes you are very welcome to include poems, prayers or quotations. This is your order of service and we will accommodate anything you require.

How do I send you my picture/text?
We make this really easy and will be guided by you. We offer a hassle free service, you can message us, whatapp us, use messenger, email us…whatever is easiest for you.

How long will it take?
As soon as we receive your order we will create your Order of service. We will email you a proof and you are able to make any required amendments.
Your funeral stationery order will be dispatched in just 1-2 working days from proof approval and completion of your order.

How do I pay?
Once you have approved your Funeral Order of Service We can take payments over the telephone or via paypal. We accept all major credit cards.

Where do you deliver?
The whole of the UK.

Will I need to be in when its delivered?
Yes. We use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery which will require a signature.

What if I need a quantity not shown?
Yes absolutely. Please give us a call and let us know your requirements.

I cannot see a suitable template, can you create one?
Yes we would be delighted to do this for you. Simply let us know the style and type of design you would like and we will get to work.

What if there is a problem with my order?
We will always send you a proof which will need to be approved before we go to print. This will alleviate any problems. We are here to make this as simple and straightforward as possible.
